Commercial Metals Company (CMC) seeks a seasoned sales professional to lead Tensar systems sales across Eastern Canada, focusing on Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. The role requires converting bids into profitable contracts, coordinating with municipal engineers, and expanding distributor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in construction sales or related roles.
• 5+ years of sales experience in construction industry preferred.
• Bilingual English and French communication skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Tensar bids and close business.
• Create specifications with engineers and drive construction projects.
• Serve as liaison between Tensar engineering and clients to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and execute a business development plan for transportation, development, commercial, and civil sectors.
• Grow distributor relationships and train them on Tensar systems.
• Provide site and technical support and track projects for sales forecasting.
