Aditi Consulting is a leading digital engineering services company helping enterprises accelerate innovation. As Client Partner for the East US hub (Atlanta preferred), you will drive personal revenue while elevating the performance of Account Managers across the territory.
This hands-on sales leadership role requires owning your book, achieving revenue targets, building strategic account plans, and coaching AMs to identify opportunities beyond staffing, aligning with Aditi's Outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing or staffing solutions sales.
- Direct industry experience required.
- Ability to hunt for opportunities and expand client relationships.
- Track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Experience coaching sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Drive personal revenue and account growth.
- Lead strategic account plans across the hub.
- Prospect within assigned accounts to uncover opportunities.
- Expand relationships with existing clients.
- Coach Account Managers to improve deal strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with Strategic Engagement to align go-to-market strategies.
- Balance personal production with coaching and development.
