Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to self-manage time and resources in a remote-work setting.
• Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial setting with varying and changing areas of focus.
• Able to receive and give direct feedback.
• Passion for self-improvement – natural interest in businesses and growing ventures.
• Serious interest in pursuing ongoing education including an MBA.
• College degree in business related field of study.
• 4-10 years’ client facing experience in an independent insurance agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level guidance on strategy, operations, and leadership development.
• Lead coaching and training initiatives for clients and their teams.
• Develop and manage client relationships across independent agencies.
• Travel regularly to serve client agencies and drive growth.
