Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Manager of Program Implementation – Tennessee to deliver high-quality technical assistance across Tennessee LEAs. The role requires diagnosing needs, developing support plans, facilitating professional learning, and coaching to strengthen RTI²-A+B systems and inclusive instruction.

Reporting to the VP, this role involves significant travel, collaboration with district leaders, coaches, and educators, and overseeing quality, data, and logistics for a portfolio of LEAs with the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact on student outcomes, with 1+ years of coaching teachers.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with educators and leaders across varied contexts.
• Clear communication, engaging learning facilitation, and tailored support for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to inform decisions.
• Coordinate work across multiple partners, manage schedules and deadlines.
• Identify barriers in systems and develop practical improvement plans.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive instruction, RTI/MTSS, and tiered interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality implementation and coordinate support that drives partner impact.
• Diagnose LEA contexts, priorities, and challenges to tailor technical assistance.
• Design, implement, and coach through professional learning and collaborative communities.
• Develop tools and resources translating RTI²-A+B guidance into practice.
• Monitor progress, adjust support, and ensure sustainability.
