Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Manager of Program Implementation for East Tennessee to deliver high‑quality RTI²‑A+B support across LEAs. You will work with district leaders, instructional coaches, interventionists, and educators to diagnose needs and design clear support plans.

You will lead professional learning, coach teams, monitor progress, and ensure alignment of Tier I–III supports with rigorous grade‑level instruction while traveling across the East Tennessee Grand Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of K–12 teaching experience with demonstrated impact.
• Experience coaching teachers and leading professional learning.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of RTI/MTSS and inclusive instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Manage LEA implementation, progress, and follow‑through.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, materials, and data collection.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen implementation.
