Job summary

Blue Engine Independent Consultant Network seeks Tennessee-based consultants to support RTI²‑A+B implementation across LEAs. Projects vary by district needs and may include coaching, planning, professional learning, and tool development.

Engagements are contract-based with travel within the assigned region. Selected consultants work directly with district leaders and educators to strengthen inclusive instruction, align Tier I–III supports, and sustain improvements beyond Blue Engine’s

Qualifications

• Experience applying RTI²-A+B within LEA settings and schools.
• Ability to design supports that address learner variability and equity.
• Experience coaching educators and leaders in instructional practice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose implementation needs and identify priority actions using data.
• Develop and support district/school level implementation plans with milestones.
• Facilitate professional learning experiences responsive to local context.
• Coach educators to strengthen inclusive instruction and tiered supports.
• Create practical tools translating guidance into usable materials.
