Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive engagement, development and performance across its network of hospitals in the United States. You will lead a high-performance leadership team, mentor Regional VPs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional veterinary care, client experience and business results.

The role requires 10+ years in multi-location management, strategic project planning, and a healthcare background.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration or Finance required.
• Master’s or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in multi-location management required.
• Five years leadership experience leading managers of managers in multi-location organizations required.
• Experience in long term strategic project planning across a large national or global organization is required.
• History of developing a sustainable pipeline of talent at multiple levels of leadership within the practice and division is required.
• Prior experience leading multiple regions of variable complexity is preferred.
• Healthcare background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) is preferred.

• Ensure compliance with ethics policies, procedures and all laws; ensure safety of pets, clients and associates.
• Cultivate communication with PetSmart and veterinary industry partners to maintain positive relationships.
