Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience leading managers of managers are required.
• Prior experience leading multiple markets with variable complexity is preferred.

• Motivate and lead Field Directors to develop high performing teams.
• Manage profitability and finances of the region to maximize growth and results.
• Collaborate with VP Veterinary Quality, P&O Director and regional partners to align goals.
• Conduct strategic planning including real estate strategy to promote future success.
• Develop Field Directors to coach and train hospital leaders and associates.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, policies, and laws; safeguard safety of pets and people.
