Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Regional IT Director to lead technology strategy and operations for the East region, overseeing multiple resort destinations from Stratton to Sugarbush. You will drive IT governance, budget management, and cross-site collaboration with resort Presidents and COOs.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in multi-site leadership, plus a Bachelor's in CS (MBA a plus). Hybrid work, travel, and strong vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years leading IT teams across multiple sites.
• Experience delivering technology for hospitality or multi-site ops (POS, RFID, BI).

Responsibilities

• Set the regional technology vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
• Manage OpEx/CapEx budgets and forecast variances.
• Ensure PCI/security/compliance across the region.
• Direct M&A integration and enterprise-wide change.
