Eurest in Charleston, SC is seeking a District Manager to oversee a Corporate Dining account with multiple locations, leading Directors of Dining Services and Executive Chefs to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will drive foodservice quality, hospitality and workplace dining experiences while managing budgeting, forecasting and financial performance across locations.

Strong leadership and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of contract foodservice management experience.
• Experience leading multiple locations within a large corporate dining account.
• Strong client relationship management and executive presence.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Experience managing high-volume foodservice, catering, and hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-unit leadership experience with responsibility for both operational and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial performance of multiple locations within a single corporate dining account.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as primary contact for strategic initiatives and escalations.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and personnel practices across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Directors of Dining Services, Executive Chefs, and unit leadership teams.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning for the account.
• Drive food quality, safety, hospitality standards, and customer satisfaction across locations.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improved service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, regulatory, and food safety standards.
