Job summary

Tempur Sealy, a global leader in bedding products, seeks an experienced FP&A professional to drive US operations budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role focuses on cost control, KPI analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support growth and efficiency across multiple plants.

You will oversee budgeting processes, perform variance analysis, and develop forecasting models while guiding direct reports and collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of strong FP&A experience in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
• Strong KPI variance analysis and financial modeling experience.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and leading direct reports.
• Experience influencing decisions through financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for US operations (opex and capex).
• Assess risks and opportunities in budgets and tracker updates.
• Provide financial analysis to VP and leadership.
• Explain trends and variances and recommend improvements.
• Develop and improve forecasting tools, with KPI insights.
• Lead KPI/storytelling to guide future plans and cost reductions.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and deadlines.
