Job summary

Esco is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead pharma product sales and business development on the East Coast. You will build relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare organizations to drive revenue and market share.

You will present Esco's Pharma portfolio, generate leads, manage the CRM pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• Proven track record of sales success in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical information.
• Willingness to travel on the East Coast and beyond as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new pharma opportunities on the East Coast.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Present Esco's Pharma product portfolio to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate data.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical support.
• Represent Esco at trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
