ESCO Lifesciences Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead sales and business development for Esco's Pharma products on the East Coast. You will establish relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare organizations to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes building a strong client base, presenting Esco's pharma portfolio, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving to drive growth.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector on the East Coast.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Showcase Esco’s Pharma portfolio through presentations, demos, and webinars.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM records, reporting to management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical support for launches.
• Represent Esco at industry trade shows and events.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable regulations.
