Job summary

BETTER BUZZ COFFEE is expanding and seeks Traveling Trainers to lead the openings of new stores across markets. You will train and coach new team members, ensuring exceptional guest experience during fast-paced store launches.

You must be comfortable with extensive travel (2 weeks to 6 weeks per opening) and be able to work across shifts, including holidays. The role is full-time, paid at $23 per hour, with travel expenses covered during deployments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality management: 1 year preferred.
• Kitchen experience: 1 year preferred.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-location business within the food services or hospitality preferred.
• Mastery or the training function preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
• New Location Opening: 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shoulder-to-shoulder train new team members.
• Educate and train hands-on work to new hires and team members.
• Improve training processes to ensure effective and thorough education.
• Ensure efficient and effective store operations within given guidelines.
• Analyze training needs for better performance.
• Coach team on quality, safety and guest experience.
• Passionate about developing and mentoring others.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Flexible and available to work all shifts - days, nights, weekends and holidays as-needed.
