Job summary

Paris Baguette - Support Office (East) seeks a New Cafe Opening Manager to lead the NCO team and ensure smooth openings. You will train Franchise Owners and General Managers on essential operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and people leadership to set up successful launches.

You will coordinate with the NCO Production Manager, calibrate equipment, and oversee Front of House training across new cafes, with travel to corporate and franchise locations as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of restaurant or bakery café leadership experience.
• Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on onboarding new teams.
• Excellent judgment, decision making, and problem solving in field situations.
• Passion for people with ability to empower and develop team members.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead NCO team and open new cafes with seamless execution.
• Train Franchise Owners and GMs on core management functions for solid operations.
• Ensure front- and back-of-house teams are trained to Paris Baguette standards.
• Calibrate equipment on site prior to training sessions.
• Coordinate with NCO Production Manager on inventory and production pacing.
• Collaborate with Franchise/District Manager on improvements and opportunities.
• Travel as needed to support openings and ongoing operations.
• Maintain health, safety, and signage compliance per regulations.
