COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Franchise Development Manager for growth across the East Coast of the United States. This field-based role focuses on identifying and closing new franchise partners, guiding new locations from prospecting to grand opening, and building a durable pipeline.

You will leverage CRM and industry events, pursue non-traditional venues like airports and universities, and travel regularly to opportunities.

Competenze

• 3–6 years in franchise development, franchise sales, or BD within restaurants, F&B, or specialty beverage
• Proven track record closing franchise agreements with single and multi-unit operators
• Background in fast-casual, QSR, or beverage concepts strongly preferred
• Non-traditional venue experience a big plus
• Strong commercial acumen, CRM discipline, and comfortable with regular East Coast travel
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

Mansioni

• Identify, qualify, and close new franchise partners across East Coast markets — single and multi-unit operators
• Manage the full franchise sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, industry events, and referral networks
• Support new franchisees through site selection, pre-opening, and grand opening
• Target non-traditional venues — airports, universities, travel hubs — as well as traditional retail
• Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and market development to senior leadership
