Blue Rock Search, LLC is partnering with a growing national franchise brand to identify a Franchise Development Manager (West). This role expands the brand across the Western US, identifying and guiding candidates through the franchise development process, reporting to the VP of Franchise Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in franchise sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including negotiation and relationship-building.
• Process-oriented with collaboration across departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchisees to support growth.
• Source potential franchisee candidates through campaigns and networking.
• Establish presence in priority towns by meeting chambers and local brokers.
• Travel to tradeshows or meetings to network and build relationships.
• Guide candidates through the franchise development process from inquiry to signing.
• Deliver FDD and ensure understanding by candidates.
• Coordinate meetings and logistics with internal teams and legal.
• Track lead progress, conversion rates, and sales metrics.
