Inspire Brands seeks a Franchise Development Manager to grow the network across the United States. You will lead the sales cycle from lead generation to candidate qualification, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy recruitment plans and secure development commitments.

You will work with stakeholders across Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to navigate the Development process and close deals, while maintaining strong client relationships and a focus on timely approvals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years franchise development or sales experience.
• Preferred 4+ years in franchise industry; multi-brand experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Territory Management: develop and execute opportunities and forecasts.
• Source and qualify potential franchisees and advance through approval processes.
• Navigate development agreements and ensure timely document handling and stakeholder involvement.
• Identify opportunities and negotiate deals from sourcing to close.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams for alignment.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administration requirements.
