Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, account management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of U.S. influencer marketing ecosystem.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, FMCG, or agency-side influencer marketing preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, MarTech, influencer platforms, CRM, or campaign tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, training, and stakeholder management.
• Proactive and comfortable in fast-moving international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for U.S.-based teams.
• Drive platform adoption across influencer discovery, campaigns, seeding, reporting, and performance.
• Build relationships with brand, advocacy, digital marketing, and influencer stakeholders.
• Act as main local contact during launch and adoption stages.
• Gather user feedback and communicate local market needs to global teams.
• Monitor user adoption, platform usage, training completion, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify potential upsell, cross-brand rollout, and deeper adoption opportunities.
