Job summary

Fisher Phillips is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle attorney recruiting for East Coast and Southeast offices, including law students. The role partners with office leadership, practice groups, and hiring attorneys to assess needs, develop strategies, and maintain pipelines across markets.

The position supports lateral associate and counsel hiring, collaborates with HR and firm administration, and may work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of law firm lateral attorney recruiting experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and independently advancing multiple searches.
• Strong direct-sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Ability to assess candidate experience and qualifications against defined hiring needs.
• Excellent relationship-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for associate and of‑counsel searches across East Coast and Southeast offices.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and search firms.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and onboarding with leadership and HR.
• Support law student recruiting and Summer Clerk Program across offices.
• Provide market intelligence on candidates, compensation expectations, and competitor activity.
