Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for associate and counsel roles across East Coast and Southeast offices. The role partners with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, and drive searches across multiple markets, including law student programs.

You will liaise with hiring attorneys, manage candidate communications, and support onboarding in collaboration with HR, while maintaining data quality in recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years of law firm lateral attorney recruiting experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading full cycle recruiting and independently advancing multiple searches from intake through acceptance.
• Strong direct sourcing capability including using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Ability to assess candidate experience and qualifications against defined hiring needs.
• Strong relationship management skills with attorneys, candidates, search firms, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sound judgment and discretion.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems required.
• Ability to work independently within a dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full cycle recruiting process for assigned searches across East Coast and Southeast offices.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop search strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and approved search firms.
• Source, screen, and evaluate attorney candidates and prepare summaries.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and acceptance activity with leadership and firm administration.
• Monitor pipelines, provide market intelligence and adjust sourcing as needed.
• Support law student recruiting and Summer Clerk Program across offices.
• Provide onboarding support for new hires in coordination with HR and IT.
