Fisher Phillips seeks an East Coast Attorney Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle lateral associate and counsel hiring for East Coast and Southeast offices. The role partners with office leadership and hiring attorneys to develop search strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.

The position supports law student recruiting and the Summer Clerk Program, with hybrid or remote work and travel as needed within the region. Strong sourcing and relationship skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years of law firm lateral attorney recruiting experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting and independently advancing multiple searches from intake through acceptance.
• Strong direct-sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates.
• Ability to assess candidate experience and qualifications against defined hiring needs and provide clear, concise recommendations to hiring teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned associate and of counsel searches across East Coast and Southeast offices.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, develop search strategies, and provide recruiting updates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and approved search firms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, prepare summaries and recommendations.
• Coordinate offer negotiations and acceptance activity with leadership and firm administration.
• Manage relationships with approved search firms and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to improve sourcing and outcomes.
• Support onboarding initiation and transition activities for new hires.
