Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP seeks an Attorney Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle attorney recruiting for East Coast and Southeast offices. You will partner with regional leaders to assess hiring needs, develop strategies, and move searches forward with sound judgment and independence.

The role covers lateral associate and counsel hiring and supporting law student recruiting and the Summer Clerk Program across offices. Hybrid or remote work is available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years of law firm lateral attorney recruiting experience required.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting and advancing multiple searches.
• Strong direct-sourcing capability, including using LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned associate and of counsel searches across East Coast and Southeast offices.
• Partner with Regional Managing Partners, office leadership, practice group leaders, and other hiring attorneys to understand needs and develop search strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and approved search firms.
• Source, screen, and evaluate attorney candidates and prepare summaries and recommendations for hiring teams.
• Handle candidate communications throughout recruiting lifecycle, including outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
