Job summary

Reading Truck seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across our East Central region. You will strengthen distributor partnerships, expand fleet sales, and open doors with municipalities and end users.

Lead with a proven outside sales track record, build lasting relationships, and translate market insights into profitable strategies. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to meet lead times and production needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience with growth results.
• Strong ability to develop trusted partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver sales and profit objectives across your territory.
• Grow distributor portfolio by developing new relationships and opening doors.
• Identify opportunities with regional fleets and coordinate with Engineering and Operations.
• Stay ahead of market and competitive activity and translate insights for leadership.
• Improve internal and customer-facing processes to enhance delivery and service.
• Balance customer needs with production capabilities and pricing.
