Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent vision with or without lenses.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of PPE.
• Ability to work under extreme temperatures and noise.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers, excavators, rollers, and other heavy equipment.
• Follow project plans and instructions; measure and calculate as needed.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles; check oil, water, tires, grease.
• Ensure safe operation and PPE compliance.
• Assist with snow removal on sites.
• Load/unload soil, rocks, debris as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools.
