Edgewood Properties Inc. is seeking a Pipe Laborer for our Excavation Department in South Plainfield, NJ. The role involves physically demanding construction tasks across multiple sites, following supervisor instructions and site plans.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina to perform demanding construction tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication with crew and supervisors.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for site communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload tools and materials; prepare site and set up equipment.
• Perform physical tasks at multiple construction projects.
• Follow Foreman or Supervisor instructions and project plans.
• Take measurements and calculations from plans and specs.
• Direct traffic safely around work sites.
• Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment as directed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Assist subcontractors and keep work areas clean and organized.
