Thompson Tractor in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (Earthmoving) to maximize parts and service sales within an assigned territory. You will manage customer data, promote value agreements, and assist in equipment sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

Key duties include maintaining relationships, following up on repairs, and coordinating with TTCo and vendors. Strong sales and IT skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in parts or service operations and earthmoving knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient PC skills and typing; ability to learn TTCo and Caterpillar software."
• Strong sales, relationship building, and solution-oriented mindset desired.

Responsabilités

• Maximize parts and service sales in the assigned territory.
• Assist with the sale of new equipment.
• Sell Customer Value Agreements and maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate customer data records in the CRM.
• Assist in collection of past due invoices.
• Monitor and report product performance and competitive activity.
• Provide liaison between customer, TTCo, and vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Follow up on past repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inform customers on status of repairs.
• Negotiate settlements on customer complaints.
• Log opportunities, manage leads, and log all calls.
