Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepares month-end reports with full Earned Value data.
• Performs EVM tasks including WBS, budget baseline, risk analysis, and variance reporting.
• Analyzes contracts to ensure they meet negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Develops and reviews EACs.
• Briefs customers on Earned Value deliverables monthly.
• Supports audits and reviews; provides fact-finding and negotiation support.
