Job summary

Raytheon in the United States is seeking a seasoned finance/program-control professional to lead Earned Value Management activities and ensure accurate cost and schedule reporting. You will collaborate with program managers and control Account Managers to maintain baselines, analyze variances, and support IPMR/CFSR submissions.

The role requires strong EVMS knowledge, Excel proficiency, and experience delivering EACs/LREs in a dynamic defense program environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree and several years of related experience in finance or program control.
• Experience with EVMS concepts and budget baseline management.
• Strong cost, schedule analysis, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Earned Value Management activities including baseline development, integration, maintenance, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) using established processes.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, CAMs, and teams on cost, schedule, and financial performance.
• Prepare internal program financial reports for reviews and funding tracking.
