Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior EVM Analyst in Huntsville, AL to provide hands-on Earned Value Management leadership within the Kinetic Effects Division. This role supports EVMS policies, interfaces with PFAs, CAMs and program managers, and helps grow program execution under Leidos' Corporate EVM COE.

The successful candidate will have 8–12 years of experience (or 6–10 with a Masters), a BA or higher, and be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. Onsite work a few days per week is required.

Qualifications

  • Requires BA degree and 8–12 years of relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Expertise using OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra EVM tools and IPMR/IPMDAR formats.
  • Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and Lookups.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; US citizenship required.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama a few days each week.

Responsibilities

  • Execute EVMS policies and practices.
  • Support internal and external surveillance, audits and reviews.
  • Support EVMS talent development and performance management.
  • Advise on program performance through EVM analysis.
  • Align material management with scheduling and EVMS best practices.
  • Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards.
  • Provide EVMS deliverable content and issue resolution.
  • Interact with senior leadership on strategic matters.
  • Negotiate and develop solutions with internal and external parties.
  • Interface with Program Managers, Contracts and other organizations.
  • Participate in proposals through EVMS requirements and cost inputs.
