RTX in Massachusetts seeks a Finance Analyst to perform financial analysis, variance reviews, and EAC/LRE processes for the Germany CSP program. The role emphasizes earned value fundamentals and integration with BCRs and tracking actuals on a multi-billion-dollar program.

The successful candidate will support cost/schedule performance metrics, utilize company tools, and operate in a hybrid on-site/remote environment within commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field and at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
• Experience with finance tools including program cost controls, scheduling and tracking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related data tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system.

Responsibilities

• Support Earned Value reporting of cost/schedule and financial analysis using standard tools.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.
• Support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) process and ensure changes are incorporated into control systems.
