Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Business Manager for the Germany Patriot program in a hybrid role near Tewksbury, MA. You will forecast a $3B+ backlog, lead finance-led proposal captures, and manage EAC and Earned Value processes with cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field with 10+ years of experience, plus proficiency in APEX/PMX and strong communication. Relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related field and a minimum of 10 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.
• Experience with finance tools (Program costs controls, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting).
• Experience with managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting of a $3B+ backlog portfolio.
• Leading proposal captures from a finance standpoint.
• Responsible for effective leadership of EAC and Earned value process.
• Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership.
• Managing a team of multiple employees.
