Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of experience in health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• Substitution rules: 30 semester hours counts as one year; max substitution 120 hours.
• Bachelor's plus 4 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Supervise EarlySteps intake personnel to ensure program requirements are met.
• Plan, assign, direct, and evaluate intake staff work.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train staff; conduct supervisory meetings.
• Oversee regional intake operations: referrals, screening, and program activities within timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary evaluations and initial IFSP activities.
