Job summary

Financial Independence Group in the United States is seeking a Recruiting & Internship Manager to oversee the development and implementation of FIG’s Early Talent Program and to recruit for internal FIG positions. You will report directly to the Director of HR and work closely with all department leaders.

The role focuses on running an intern program year-round, liaising with colleges, training interns, and ensuring a pipeline of talent for full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in program management preferred.
• Passion for career development and building relationships with new people.

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of FIG’s Early Talent Program.
• Recruit for internal FIG positions.
• Report directly to the Director of HR and work closely with all department leaders.
• Liaise between the company and educational institutions, including attending college job fairs and events.
• Train interns with knowledge and skills for success in the program, with potential for full-time hire.
• Coordinate with department leadership to ensure a successful program.
• Oversee general HR responsibilities including correcting timestamps and approving timecards.
• Conduct full recruiting cycle for open FIG positions.
