Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior University Program Manager to lead and expand Fidelity's internship and early career programs in the United States. You will manage the FIDTERN Internship Program, Intern Alumni Network, LaunchPad initiatives, mentorship experiences, and other programs that attract, develop, and retain emerging talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years in talent acquisition, university recruiting, talent management, or related field.
• Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Experience building relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders.
• Ability to travel 25%+ as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Fidelity's early talent program portfolio (FIDTERN Internship Program, Intern Alumni Network, LaunchPad initiatives, mentorship experiences).
• Develop scalable processes and solutions for a growing portfolio of programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and external partners to deliver programs meeting talent needs.
• Drive program operations, communications, events, and stakeholder engagement for a seamless participant experience.
• Use data and feedback to measure success and drive improvements in engagement, conversion, and retention.
