Job summary

Abridge in San Francisco is seeking a University Recruiter to help build our early talent program. You will own intern and early career recruiting, primarily for software engineering, and partner with our Early Talent Program Manager and engineering leaders to create a differentiated program.

You will draw candidates from universities, community colleges, bootcamps, apprenticeships, and other paths, developing a scalable, mission-driven process in our fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting software engineers, ideally interns or early career talent.
• Ability to source candidates across universities, bootcamps, and other channels.
• Strong judgment for evaluating potential beyond credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intern and early career recruiting, focusing on software engineering.
• Partner with Early Talent Program Manager to build differentiated hiring strategy.
• Define exceptional potential with engineering leaders and build evaluation processes.
• Deliver a candidate experience aligned with Abridge's values.
• Improve approach using pipeline data and hiring outcomes.
• Scale the program with partnerships and systems.
• Support other technical roles outside peak cycles.
