The role emphasizes sourcing through schools, military outreach, job boards, and events, while delivering a streamlined candidate experience and strong partnerships with local technical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in skilled trades, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for shop and field service technicians.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Develop candidate pipelines through schools, programs, and community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Represent the company at career fairs, events, and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with HR and Training & Development to support engagement and growth.
