Job summary

San Andreas Regional Center seeks an Early Start Service Coordinator to coordinate services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays. The role involves families, service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely early intervention support and ongoing planning.

The coordinator will conduct home visits, develop IFSPs with families, and coordinate among therapists and providers to promote the child’s development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field.
• Degree waiver possible by Executive Director for special agency needs.
• Experience in social work practices and community resources recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IFSP processes and service planning.
• Travel to assigned catchment areas for home visits.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and providers to support development.
• Maintain case records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advocate for families and connect to community resources.
