Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow management, planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking for a shift.
• Lead technicians and service staff, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers for PMs, breakdowns, and status updates.
• Manage parts, shop tooling, and equipment requirements as needed.
• Monitor location performance metrics to meet objectives and budgets.
