Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor preferred with relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred in a maintenance operations environment.
• Experience with a Shop Management System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow analysis, planning and scheduling for technicians.
• Labor management including training and performance management.
• Customer relationship management to ensure vehicle uptime.
• Manage parts inventory and shop equipment requirements.
• Quality inspections and root cause analysis for repairs.
