Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service and leading part-time staff.
• Experience operating a digital POS system and handling cash.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience demonstrating required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member and guest needs with care and urgency.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and communicate clearly.
• Monitor recreation programs and community events information.
• Balance cash at end of shift and serve as cashier when needed.
• Open and close the facility; maintain safety and security.
• Coordinate room setups and teardowns; supervise staff.
