Job summary

Boulder County Community Services is seeking an ASF Shift Supervisor for The Joe Pelle Center in Boulder, CO. The role oversees security, facility operations, and client supervision in a 24/7 setting within an approved, state-funded program.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, staff coordination, compliance with policy and PREA, and ongoing staff development. The position is full-time with weekend evening shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily security operations and facility activities.
• Ensure compliance with policy, PREA, and program standards.
• Coordinate staff training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct headcounts, searches, and substance use monitoring as needed.
• Oversee client sign-in/out and movement within the facility.
• Manage referrals, visits, and coordination with vendors.
• Review time sheets, conduct performance conversations, and lead staff meetings.
• Maintain certifications and ensure safety emergency response readiness.
