Job summary

Kohl's in Cincinnati is hiring a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment and support daily operations.

You’ll handle cleaning tasks, stock replenishment, and assist in omni-channel fulfillment when needed, while delivering friendly customer service.

Must be able to start by 7am and have flexible availability including weekends and holidays, while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multitask and attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following store standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for a safe environment.
• Maintain stock of chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per company guidelines.
• Assist operations with product receiving, stockroom tasks and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
