Job summary

Kohl's in Windham, CT is seeking a Part-Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate starting with an early morning shift (7am). You will ensure a safe and clean store environment, perform daily cleaning tasks, and support operations to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning all areas, handling approved chemicals and supplies, managing replenishment, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas (floors, restrooms, windows) following Kohl's standards.
• Manage and rotate cleaning chemicals and supplies safely.
• Complete training on chemical handling and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in stockroom operations and omnichannel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers and offer product help.
