Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Part Time Store Cleaning & Operations Associate to ensure a safe and clean environment across the store and support daily operations. The role includes cleaning duties, stocking, training, and assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, efficiency, and teamwork, with opportunities to engage customers and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Availability for early mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards.
• Utilize approved chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies by ordering replenishments.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance per guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support operations to receive and process product, stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
