Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking team members to maintain a safe, clean store environment and assist with daily operations. You will perform cleaning tasks, handle approved chemicals, stock supplies, and support the store team with receiving and fulfillment.

Customer engagement is encouraged as you greet shoppers and offer assistance with products and services. Ideal candidates have excellent service skills, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task and show attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean all store areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl’s standards.
• Use only approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Order and rotate supplies to keep chemicals/equipment stocked and ready.
• Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance per company guidelines.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to plan and share information with the team.
• Assist the operations team with receiving, stockroom duties, and omni‑channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer help with products and services.
