Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl’s standards, procedures, and methods.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies; reorder as needed.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl’s tools and technology to communicate with the store team.
• Assist in receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
