Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees to ensure safe and efficient sortation and track trailers.
• Analyze operational performance and drive improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings for workforce communication and daily goals.
• Administer employee relations strategies and safety programs.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate customer service issues as appropriate.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop junior Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt quickly to change and maintain urgency while engaging staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
