Job summary

Responsibilities include engaging customers about rewards programs, supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, and ensuring policies and SOPs are followed. Weekend and evening hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandiser duties.
• Support store recovery, in-stock levels, and safety programs.
