• Ability to assist customers in locating products and solutions.
• Experience with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Enrol customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Educate customers about VOC surveys and omnichannel options (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
